As a Design Engineer at AVI-SPL, Jenn specializes in the pre-sales design of advanced audiovisual systems, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project parameters. Her work focuses on delivering impactful, user-centric designs that adhere to evolving industry standards. With nearly a decade of experience in the professional audiovisual industry, Jenn is committed to enhancing client experiences through innovative engineering strategies, meticulous coordination, and close attention to detail. Her background encompasses consulting, rentals, sales, service, project coordination, and engineering. Jenn holds dual certifications from AVIXA (CTS and CTS-D) and is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces and advocating for mental health and neurodiversity awareness. In addition to these efforts, she serves as the 2024-2026 council chair for the AVIXA Diversity Council. Her advocacy work is centered on promoting an equitable, inclusive, and diverse audiovisual industry that cultivates a culture of belonging. Jenn has also been recognized in SCN: The Nine and Commercial Integrator’s 40 Under 40. Furthermore, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Media Arts & Design from James Madison University and her Master's in Sociology from The New School for Social Research.

Laurel Barrette is a Marketing Manager at Korbyt, leading field, workplace, and partner marketing strategies that align with go-to-market goals. She holds a Master’s in Social Science Education from UC Davis, bringing both analytical and human-centered perspectives to digital signage and workplace experience solutions. Laurel is passionate about using technology as a catalyst for equity—ensuring messages reach, support, and empower all individuals.

Frank Padikkala is an award-winning Technology Architect, Evangelist, Keynote Speaker and Social Media Influencer in the AV/IT space. With a background in IT/Cybersecurity, he advocates for the utilization of converged networks and technologies to create seamless user experiences. He places Innovation and Inclusion as his core values.
Frank works at Zoom as a Snr. Technical Sales Architect - Zoom Spaces. He's previously worked at some of the leading tech innovators like Audinate, Panasonic and Diversified. Frank also served as the chair of the AVIXA Diversity Council until 2023. He is passionate about community building and creating opportunities to build Diversity and Equity in the AV industry. He’s won numerous awards for his industry efforts including AVNation’s 2022 AV Professional of the Year, Commercial Integrator’s 2022 Industry 40 under 40 list and Installation Magazine’s 2021 ProAV Influencer Watch List.

Matt's roots first took shape in at Seton Hall University, where he studied abroad in 4 countries and was quickly elected as one of the youngest National Chairs of FIND Inc., the east coast’s largest Filipino-American student organization.
His latest mission has been to cultivate communities and develop engaging content, garnering a decade of experience in marketing, production, and digital media. After serving as a Communication Consultant for the United Nations (UNDP), Matt would go on to complete a Master’s in Communication at Purdue University.
In this current chapter, Matt leverages his passions for media and technology to serve ISDA as a thought leader in the public sector. He is also an AVIXA XChange Advocate, contributing to content that cultivates conversation in the pro AV community.
