Meet Shital Botadra! From humble beginnings of folk dancing in India, to an established team member for Red Thread, Shital tackles the challenges that come with maintaining fast-paced AV service demands, daily.
While being one of New England's top Indian dance artists (Her Garba performance is on YouTube - Shhh), she has always had an interest in music production. Amused by the processes taking place backstage, coupled with observation of her husband's 25-Year AV career made her fated to develop an AV career of her own and having fun doing it.
With a knack for puzzles & cognitive games, Shital has leveraged her acuity to grow business and assist her organization in delivering quality AV service.

Charmaine Torruella is the Global Services Manager at Verrex, and Chairperson for the AVIXA Diversity Council. Charmaine’s 18-year career in both IT and AV, along with her Jamaican and Cuban heritage and achievements as a single working mother, put her in the unique position to galvanize and champion the AVIXA’s diversity initiatives.
