RU Provider Portal FAQ
Easy! Login to your AVIXA profile and on the right-hand side under the “useful links” tab select the option to update your RU courses.
Only approved point-of-contacts are permitted to update RU courses for their company. If you believe that you should be included in those shared permissions, please send a written request to [email protected] with the subject line “Access to RU Portal”.
No, courses must still be submitted to the renewal committee for evaluation using the online application. The RU Portal is to add registration information to the CTS RU Calendar for students to register to an already approved RU course.
The only section a user may edit is the “edit session” column which allows the user to input registration data for students. If you believe that you have an issue with the course demographics (course title, RU value, course delivery type, etc.) please email [email protected] for assistance.
If you offer your course in different delivery modes, please email [email protected] for assistance. Our office can create separate instances of the course in different delivery modes so that it will display properly on the calendar.
No, the application fee for your initial course submission covers access to the RU Provider portal.
