Pero un usuario que no tiene en su base de datos mental los porques, son afectados notablemente en su percepción de la tecnología y su conexiona en su interacción. Esa es la razón por la cual es tan importante entender la percepción de los usuarios masivos de estos espacios, garantizando la naturalidad de los componentes de video y audio, Como escuchan y como perciben ser escuchados, como ven y como perciben ser vistos. En mi opinon es tratar de hacer un reset en nuestro entendimiento para entender la percepción del usuario y el impacto en su productividad, comunicando el porque debemos no enfocarnos de hacer más tecnológico al humano, sino esforzarnos de humanizar la tecnología que se une y da sentido al concepto de IA aplicado en colaboración.
